Project Formulation and Scope

The Deori Autonomous Council (DAC) is a statutory body established under Enacted as the Assam Act No XXV of 2005, the Deori Autonomous Council Act 2005 (the Sixth Schedule, on-demand of the Indian Constitution) to empower and protect the cultural, social, linguistic, and economic rights of the Deori community in Assam. The formulation of the DAC project aims to provide a comprehensive framework for the sustainable development of the Deori community.
OBJECTIVES:

The primary objectives of the DAC project formulation are to:
