1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing the Deori Autonomous Council (DAC) Connect portal (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement regarding your use of institutional digital services.

2. Citizen Responsibility

To access community schemes, you must create an account providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
Ensuring all uploaded documentation is authentic and untampered.
Updating your profile immediately if your bank details change.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the portal for:

Submission of fraudulent credentials or identity documents.

Attempting to bypass portal security or access admin nodes.

Impersonating Council officials or other community members.

Using automated systems to scrap data or mass-apply.

Uploading malicious code or disruptive scripts.

4. Institutional Audit

The Deori Autonomous Council reserves the right to suspend any account and decline applications found to be in violation of these terms. Furthermore, online submission does not guarantee scheme sanction; all applications are subject to physical document auditing and field verification by departmental officials.

Legal Disclaimer

In no event shall the Deori Autonomous Council be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages resulting from your use of the portal. The Council provides these digital services "as-is" for community empowerment and regional development purposes within the legal framework of the Assam Government.
